I cannot say enough good things about Dan from Kalco ! We had used him in the past for for a leak and we were impressed that for a small job he came right away, was professional and reasonably priced. We decided it was time to replace our tired old roof, and Dan and his crew came did our whole roof in one day! They came on time, we’re very courteous ,cleaned up after they were done. Dan did the roof on two of our six condominium buildings. He looked out for us more than any roofer we used in the past 20 years, by taking the time to show residents why their skylights needed to be replaced and installing new flashing where other roofers didn’t. Plus he has a 10 year labor warranty unlike most others. We don’t get one complaint from the residents. He is not the cheapest but some things are mission critical and require the best.
